Where do they come up with this stuff?

So these con-men / scam artists are a big joke.  The people at ACC of VA are lower than low.  They hired a subcontractor, Matt Mussolino at iGranite, to install our kitchen cabinets and granite countertops.  Matt and his team were very professional and courteous every time they came into our home.  We have no bad words for Matt and his team; the people at ACC of VA is a different story.  They are now going after Matt and his company since they have been caught in their scams.  Matt and his team worked diligently to complete our cabinets and counter tops even though they had to wait for ACC to order the correct sized cabinets as they mis measured them over 3 different times.  They have emailed and harassed him stating that they haven't installed our granite yet; that's amazing because this has been completed and looks amazing. ACC of VA is trying to scam Matt and his company out of money that they are not entitled too. They are the ones who have not paid Matt for the work that he has completed; not just on our job but on multiple jobs.

I am now working my hardest and damnedest to find out anything and everything I can about Ronald Skelley aka Ronald Way, Marius Madera, and David Creswell.  I am working with the finance companies in hopes of getting the funds refunded and allowing the finance companies to legally going after these bastards. I hope Karma is watching and is planning her attack; she's a bitch and bites back.

Took our money and ran

My wife and I were so excited to make our home our own in Feb 2016. I had done the leg work researching and getting quotes to remodel our kitchen, master bath and expanding our driveway.
Mind you we are blue collar people; she's a fire fighter for a local city and I work for a local mortgage company (I'm also a disabled vet). We have 4 children and family pets; you could say we arean average american family.
We chose to hire ACC (American Construction Company) of Virginia for our remodel. One main factor was they offered us financing for the work in our home. We met with Dave Creswell, general manager, and discussed what we wanted to avhieve. The next meeting we had on 2/8/16 we sat with Dave C and met a man named Ronald Way, managing partner to this company. The quote was a bit high but we were reassured that we wouldn't go that high, we could settle up differences at the end of the job. Feeling a little better we went ahead and signed the contract.
Work was to begin in approximately 4 weeks and would take 2 to 3 weeks to complete.  This is where the warning signs began. Work didn't start until 3/23/16, today is 7/5/16 and my house is still incomplete.  Our cabinets in our kitchen were mismeasured 3 times. This was to blame on Marius Madera, the so called CEO or even just a project manager. Who really knows who he is or what his title is.
In the beginning of March we received our first bill for the first loan of $25k all pulled before work even begun on our home. Our driveway was completed within a week, even after we paid an extra $1200 on top of our financing because they misunderstood the dimensions of the driveway we wanted. Still we continued work.
By the beginning of April work in the kitchen and bathroom had begun. Tim Gandia was brought in to do the remodel on our bathroom (quoted to only take approximately a week to complete) which to this day no one has worked on since May 11, 2016 and is still incomplete. We have a complete vanity and flooring installed. Our walls are still in disarray and the tub tile is horrific.  Tim was constantly showing up late or going to and from the cab of his truck. (Have suspicions of drug use.) The wiring in the bathroom was done incorrectly too.

The cabinets in my kitchen finally were ordered correctly and installed by the end of May.  Our connecting livingroom to the kitchen was closed off and had to be mudded and sanded and painted twice due to poor work. During this time someone threw a lit cigarette into a pile of debri and almost caught our house on fire. Anger was not even close to how I felt.
In April we reveived phone calls from the 2nd finance company ($16k) called and wanted verification work was complete. I told them no then got told tbat if we wanted it finished (Ron and Dave expressed this) then we had to say it was completed.
We are now in debt $41,000 for a contract of $38,050 and are owed for aspects of the contract we paid for instead of them. In contacting the second finance company we have been informed that Ron Way is actually Ronald Skelley. He is the one who pulled the payments without permission. No one cares and our home is incomplete. They have shut down ACC of VA and now are operating under US Remodeling Group. They took our money and ran.
